Individual versus Sets
A makeup brush set is a good way to go if you are starting over and have no brushes. However, every time I buy a set, I find myself wanting a different brush for this or that, so I choose to buy them each separately. This is usually a little more costly, but I like having good brushes that work well for my application. It’s also nice because you can space it out a little bit, and buy each one “as needed” and not make it hurt so bad all at one time.
Using the right brush is very important. When you use the wrong one the makeup won’t look good. So you really need the use the right brush for the right makeup purpose.
