Be mindful of where you are applying! Only put eyeliner on the top lid. I’m going to say that again. Only put eyeliner on the top lid. Liner on the bottom closes off your eye and ends up making it look small. Stick right next to the lashline as you apply on the top lid and stay within the same shape as your eye.
