Step Two
Next, fill a bowl with warm bottle. Add a little bit of shampoo (or castile soap) so the water is soapy. Swirl the tip of the brush in the soapy water to remove any lingering oil and makeup. TIP: you can swirl the brush in the palm of your hand if needed, it sometimes works to loosen the makeup better than swirling the brushes alone.
