Cold Rinse

I would love someone to validate this, as I have read it multiple times, but I have no scientific proof it is true.  If you rinse your hair in cold water after you wash it, it seals the fibers (and ends) and will keep it stronger as you style it.  Thus, causing fewer split ends.  Someone weigh in for me on this one! Image from Off the Grid News.

The cold rinse really does work! I started doing it and it made my ends so much better! I highly recommend it! Also, does a honey mask help your split ends???
