No More Towels

We all love to get out of the shower and rough up our hair and dry it with a nice cotton towel.  Healthy Hair Fail.  The cotton roughs up the hair fibers and can cause it to break and be brittle.  If you need to wring the water out of the hair, use your hands and gently squeeze the excess water out of your hair.  Let it air dry at least 10 minutes after getting out of the shower. The cold rinse really does work! I started doing it and it made my ends so much better! I highly recommend it! Also, does a honey mask help your split ends???
