Always use hair shears if you are cutting your hair.  Other scissors can damage the ends of your hair fibers and cause them to split.  If you cut your hair regularly, it should keep those split ends at bay.  Your hair gets damaged in 6-8 weeks, so it’s important to keep those hair appointments on your calendar.     The cold rinse really does work! I started doing it and it made my ends so much better! I highly recommend it! Also, does a honey mask help your split ends???
