March 30, 2013 by Haley 5 Comments

People have been raving about dry shampoo! As I like to call it, the lazy girl go to product. Dry shampoo is perfect for those days when you just want to sleep in  and not have to wash your hair. Dry shampoo will keep your hair looking gorgeous and not to mention, it will smell clean as ever! Even try using it after the gym! I love this product for just that! My hair always get’s so nasty after the gym, but when I use this miracle spray, you would never know that I was sweating my toosh off at the gym! Even though this product is wet, it will soak up oils and help fight against odor. Try it for yourself and see the results! How to Make DIY Dry Shampoo

Will arrowroot powder do in place of the cornstarch? Similar product, just not corn-based.

Brunettes can use cocoa powder mixed in with cornstarch to create a dry shampoo powder that won’t show as badly. I use about 1/2 cup cocoa powder and a few tablespoons cornstarch. Add more cornstarch for lighter brown 🙂
