Cuticle care is critical care.  Cutting your cuticles can cause infections and you can get scar tissue over time.  You can push back your cuticles, and no damage will occur.  Be careful to preserve your cuticles.  They are critical for overall nail health and strength.  Who started telling people to cut your cuticles?  If it is you, please kindly stop. 🙂 Image from Popsugar.
